As part of the Christchurch rebuild after the 2012 Earthquake, the City Council had contracted ARL to produce an animation showing the key projects of the rebuild. BurningFish was contracted to provide an underwater scene of a healthy and revitalised Avon River including a transition between topside and underwater scenery.
