“Mauri o te Kauri” is a documentary about the Kauri dieback disease made by the Coromandel Film Collective and directed by James Muir. It is a beautifully crafted film that explains the desperate fight for the survival of the mighty Kauri trees in New Zealand. Burning Fish Productions had the pleasure to provide 3D animations for this project. In May of this year the film premiered very successfully at the Reel Earth Film Festival and hopefully it will soon hit a screen near you. Here is a link to their Facebook page.
